Actively-employed members of the plan get their healthcare benefits through Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield. All of the major interactions that members need regarding Empire will take place through AliCare, our third party benefits administrator. There are numerous areas of this website that drive our active members to contact AliCare when they have specific questions about their healthcare, like claims management, finding a healthcare provider, etc. A separate AliCare account must be established by members. You can log in to your account to view your claims, order a replacement ID Card and create a user account.
To search for a healthcare professional, refer to your ID card to determine which network to search. For Empire POS, click here and be sure to use TUR, your Empire POS three letter prefix when asked to enter the first three letters of your member ID number. For BCBS BlueCard PPO Network, click here.
