Enrollment Verification was Nov. 1-30

All SWSCHP households are required to verify enrollment in the month of November. This is the first annual enrollment process, and will be repeated each November.

If you did not verify, you will be contacted by the district you are connected with for followup. You can also take the initiative and verify by following the directions below.

Access the new bswift enrollment tool by clicking here.

If you are a first-time user, you will have to first register. Click on First Time User to do so. Once registered, you will have to re-enter your username and password to gain access, so please write this information down and save it!

After logging in, a Benefits Verification Not Started button will appear on the bswift portal home page. Click this button.

Review your information. Make any updates as necessary. Remember that all fields marked with * are required.

Click “I verify that my personal information is correct.”

That’s it. YOU ARE FINISHED with the process.

Your profile (and that of your dependents, if applicable) contains all of the basic demographic information and supporting documentation to be a member of SWSCHP. It is each member’s responsibility to maintain the accuracy of this information; your individual district benefit representatives are not responsible for this.
