Between November 1st-30th, all member households are required to confirm enrollment for the 2025-26 school year. This is also the month in which open enrollment takes place for all members who are making substantive plan changes.
New for 2025 Enrollment/Verification: Your password has been reset to the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN). If you verified last year, do not use your previous password. Simply enter your existing username and the last four digits of your SSN. You will be asked to create a new password on the following page. Contact your Benefit Representative if you are unable to login.
Note: If you request to have your password reset, it will be reset to the last four of your SSN.
