SWSCHP partners with Montefiore Health System to offer our active and pre-retiree members in-network access to physical and occupational therapists at MOTION Sports Medicine and Burke Rehabilitation Hospital and speech therapists in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center. 3. Your co-pay will be $30 per visit.
